Yoga by Kay
Online
Kay Wettasinghe is a Yoga Therapist specialising in two areas: Golf Fitness Yoga and Corporate Wellbeing. Through Yoga by Kay, she helps busy professionals and golfers reduce pain, improve mobility, increase rotational strength, and feel stronger in their bodies using short, effective sessions designed for real life. Her corporate wellbeing work focuses on desk-based professionals dealing with stress, back pain, neck tension, and poor posture from long hours sitting and working under pressure. Her golf mobility coaching helps “fit but stiff” golfers improve flexibility, swing rotation, power, and recovery while reducing injuries and lowering handicaps. What connects both niches is the same core principle: modern lifestyles create stiffness, stress, and compensation patterns in the body. Kay’s approach combines yoga therapy, movement science, mobility training, and mindful recovery to help people move better, perform better, and stay pain free long term.
Stephanie Escorial
Health, Wellness (Holistic) & Fitness Coach + Life Coach + Hypnotherapist
London, United KingdomStéphanie’s journey began where so many high-achieving women find themselves — at the edge of burnout. After years of chasing success, pushing through exhaustion & putting everyone else first, her body and mind finally said “enough. ” It wasn’t just about being tired — it was a deep, soul-level depletion that no amount of "pushing harder" could fix. She is now committed to helping other high-achieving women to break free from burnout, be at peace with their bodies and lead from personal power.
Diana Ojeda
Gestalt therapist & coach - Personal transformation
Toronto, CanadaI am a Colombian born living in Toronto for more than 20 years. My path into body-centered Gestalt therapy began long before I formally entered the field. In 1998, while building a successful career in computer science and corporate account management, I found myself increasingly disconnected—from my work, my joy, and ultimately my body. The physical pain I began to experience revealed what I already sensed internally: my life was out of alignment. This awakening set me on a decades-long journey of healing, presence, and embodied transformation. My first major turning point came through Biodanza, an integrative music-movement pedagogy she discovered in Colombia. The experience reawakened my vitality and clarified my desire to work directly with people through the wisdom of the body. After moving to Canada, I immersed myself in somatic disciplines, studying Zen Shiatsu at Kokoro Dojo, where I later became a supervisor, teaching assistant, and co-owner. Over the next several years I trained extensively in modalities such as medical qigong, craniosacral therapy, sotai, thai massage, and oriental breathing therapy. Through this deep engagement with embodied practice, I transformed own physical, emotional, and mental patterns—and opened my private practice in 2005. For nearly two decades, I have supported clients in relieving physical ailments, navigating emotional challenges, and making meaningful lifestyle shifts. My teaching experience expanded in 2012 when I joined the Acupuncture Program at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, guiding students in developing presence, sensitivity, and skill in the art of touch. I later returned to Biodanza as a facilitator, completing her 3-year training in 2016 and offering group processes that support emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Over time, I recognized that lasting healing emerges not only through conscious touch and movement but also through dialogue, relational presence, and the co-creation of awareness. This led me to train in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and later to specialize in Gestalt coaching through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, graduating in 2024. My body-centered approach to Gestalt therapy integrates somatic awareness, breath, movement, and strategic conversation, helping clients develop a felt sense of themselves and access their innate capacity for clarity, choice, and transformation. With a grounding in decades of embodied practice and a deep trust in the intelligence of the body-mind, I partner with clients to cultivate wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful change. I hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation, a GPCC credential with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and is a certified Biodanza facilitator with the International Biodanza Federation and long-standing member of the Shiatsu Therapy Society.

Vlada Kozak
Yoga teacher
ItalyThrough yoga, I help people feel more connected to themselves — to their body, breath, and inner peace. My classes are designed to restore balance, release tension, and bring back energy. I believe yoga is for everyone. Whether you’re looking to become stronger, calmer, or simply feel better in your body, I create a safe and supportive space where you can move, breathe, and grow at your own pace. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 8 years and completed several specialized teacher trainings. I regularly practice pranayama, hatha yoga, and meditation, and share these tools to help others find harmony in daily life. I have a special love for aerial yoga — it helps people open up, let go of fear, and experience lightness and joy in movement. I also teach kids’ aerial yoga classes, full of play, creativity, and laughter. I guide prenatal yoga sessions, helping expectant mothers connect with their changing bodies, release tension, and prepare for childbirth with calm and confidence. In addition, I teach Pilates — both on the mat and on the reformer — focusing on mindful movement, posture, and building deep strength that supports everyday life. My mission is to help people raise their energy, feel good in their body, and live with more awareness and joy every day.
Julia Boiko-Shur
Wellness Coach
NetherlandsWelcome, I’m Julia. I help people build a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a supportive, realistic approach to wellness. My coaching combines nutrition, fitness and mindfulness to create habits that truly fit your life, not someone else’s rules or expectations. My philosophy is simple: everything starts with love. When you care for your body and mind from a place of compassion instead of pressure or punishment, lasting change becomes possible. Wellness isn’t about restriction, perfection or trying to earn your worth. It’s about feeling good, feeling grounded and connected to yourself. Together, we explore what feels right for you. We focus on consistency, not extremes. I guide you to find what works, what you enjoy and what supports your energy, confidence and wellbeing, not just for a moment, but for life.

Eva Syti
Yoga Teacher, Soundhealer and Neuroscience Coach
United Kingdom’m a yoga instructor, neuroscience coach, and one of London’s leading facilitators in contrast therapy. I’m also the founder of Object Meditation — a unique methodology I created that blends ancient yogic principles, modern neuroscience, and sensory focus to bring people back into their bodies in a simple, grounded, and transformative way. There’s nothing else quite like it. Through movement, breath, temperature, sound, and mindful attention, my work helps people find their truth, their clarity, and a sense of home within themselves. Everything I share is designed to feel good right away — because the brain is wired for instant reward — while also supporting deep, lasting change. Here’s a smooth, polished ending you can add to your video script: Every service I offer is fully personalized — shaped around the person, their story, their journey, and the season they’re in. Whether someone needs targeted exercises, journaling prompts, deeper guidance, confidence building, support through a transition, help turning vision into voice, or a space to explore movement and truly embody the change they’re seeking, the work adapts to them. Always.
Ksenia Chevkinova
Nutritional Therapist
Hi, I’m Ksenia. I’m a nutritional therapist and personal trainer with eight years of experience in fitness and, more recently, a strong focus on holistic nutrition. I specialize in helping people who feel drained, stressed, and inflamed regain their energy and vitality. Throughout my practice, I’ve noticed that most of my clients struggle with chronic low energy — often driven by stress, inflammation, and an ‘always on’ lifestyle. My passion is helping them reset their habits, nourish their bodies, and build sustainable routines that support their health long-term.
Maria Agathangelou
Wellbeing Coach & Hypnotherapist
Hi, I'm Maria based in London, UK. I enhance people’s wellbeing through online life coaching and hypnotherapy, incorporating my background in fitness as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. If you’re not fulfilling your potential, I can support you to move past unhelpful thoughts, feelings, habits and dynamics to enhance your capabilities, health and wellbeing. My holistic, growth-mindset approach manages overwhelm, heals trauma, elevates relationships and boosts performance, self-esteem and confidence. With a collaborative and tailored approach, I can incorporate Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling techniques, parts therapy, inner child work, mindfulness and more. My special areas of interest include supporting people with anxiety and depression, ADHD (as I was late diagnosed in my 30’s) and chronic health conditions, as I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). I have used my personal experiences of mental and physical health challenges to improve NHS mental health services as a Lived Experience Practitioner. I graduated in psychology from University College London (UCL) and worked in the mental health sector for the NHS before I moved into client services within design/branding agencies. I therefore relate to many of my clients' challenges in the public sector, corporate life, career changes, and employment versus self-employment. WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH I believe that you hold all the answers to get you to where you want to be. However, you might feel stuck and want help: ► defining your needs, values & purpose. ► tapping into possible strategies & solutions. ► structuring ideas & goals into actions. ► addressing self-defeating emotions, beliefs & behaviours. ► with motivation & accountability to follow through on a plan. I therefore support clients to achieve their goals more effectively than working alone. Some areas I can help you to explore are: ► Addressing unhelpful dynamics (e.g. stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood/depression, low self-esteem, procrastination, cravings/addictions/compulsions) ► Processing previous experiences (e.g. trauma, loss, outdated self-beliefs/narratives/coping mechanisms) ► Optimising health, wellbeing & performance (e.g. work/life balance, personal & career objectives, transitions, confidence, sleep, energy, fitness, breathwork, weight loss/management, smoking cessation) ► Improving relationships & communication (e.g. romantic, family, workplace, friendships) Our co-created process will be largely present and future focussed, but we can also explore things from the past that may be holding you back. For example, there may be self-limiting beliefs, unhelpful narratives, and/or unprocessed trauma to resolve, whether you’re consciously aware of this or not. This is why I draw upon a range of tools and approaches to tailor the experience to your needs. I look forward to meeting you and starting our journey together!
Samantha Lisbôa Duncan
Physiotherapists | Pilates | Fascia | Pelvic | Hypopressive
London, United KingdomWith nearly two decades of experience as a physiotherapist, my approach has always gone beyond treatment to focus on prevention. Pilates has become an invaluable tool in that journey. In my classes, I blend the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates with the contemporary principles of STOTT Pilates, adapting movements to promote better balance, posture, efficient biomechanics, and full-body strength. In 2020, I decided to expand my knowledge by studying complementary techniques that aligned with my background as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. That’s when I became certified in LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) - Hypopressive Technique. LPF is a neuromyofascial training method combining postural and breathing exercises that protect the pelvic floor and spine. It is currently recognised as one of the most effective approaches for Core training, enhancing activation of the transverse, oblique, and pelvic floor muscles. In 2023, I became a mother myself and experienced firsthand the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. I also realised that recovery extends far beyond the traditional 40 days after birth. This personal journey brought me closer to clients navigating the same path, inspiring me to deepen my studies. That’s when I immersed myself in the world of fascia and fascial training, which I now integrate into my sessions and classes. Today, I bring my knowledge and the Pilates studio experience directly to you – whether that’s online or face to face in the comfort of your own home. I work with people of all ages and stages, including: Pre- and post-natal women Menopause women Elderly Clients recovering from injuries / surgery Singers Dancers Athletes My goal is always the same: to help you feel stronger, freer, and more connected to your body.

Christiana Demetriou
Facial Wellness Coach
London, United KingdomHi, I'm Christiana, London-based Facial Wellness Coach and founder of SheFacedIt. I came to this work because I know what it feels like to not want to be seen. For years, living with acne as a teenager and into early adulthood meant shrinking myself; avoiding eye contact, hiding my face, wishing I could disappear. Everything changed when I discovered Face Yoga and holistic techniques that don't just address how the face looks, but how it feels to live in it. I trained deeply in these methods, and the results for me and for the clients I now coach go far beyond lifted skin and released tension. Women start showing up differently. They take up space. They stop hiding. As a Facial Wellness Coach, I teach you to work these techniques on yourself, so the transformation is truly yours to keep. If you're ready to feel at home in your face again, I'd love to work with you. I offer 90-minute Facial Longevity private online sessions.
