I am a certified life coach who specializes in burnout recovery and guiding clients through life transitions. As a yoga teacher and meditation guide, I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and deep rest. With 450 hours of specialized training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing, I create experiences that blend modern nervous system science with ancient yogic practices. After a successful 15-year career in New York City’s fashion industry, I experienced severe burnout that led me to completely redefine my life. My healing journey inspired me to move to Bali, where I now teach wellness workshops, helping others navigate stress, burnout, and major life events. My classes are known for being grounding, accessible, and deeply restorative.
