Focus on mental well-being and emotional resilience
Licensed Counsellor | Psychotherapist
Jason Huang
Singapore, Singapore“If I am human, then nothing human is alien to me… and I am human.” – Terence, Roman Playwright. I have always resonated deeply with the idea of the wounded healer. There are seasons in life when our bodies are weary, our thoughts confused, and our emotions troubled, yet I believe all is not lost. Human suffering, while painful, can also become a springboard for growth, and even our darkest experiences can become unexpected sources of wisdom and strength for the journey ahead- if we let it. I believe that every client who walks through my door brings with them a quiet hope—that somewhere beyond the confusion, despair, and negative self-talk, life can be different. When my clients momentarily lose sight of that hope, I see part of my role as holding onto it for them until they are ready to carry it again themselves. My approach to counselling is grounded in the belief that no two life stories are ever the same. Even when people face similar struggles, each person's experience remains uniquely their own. I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative and Existential approaches to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity. I believe that meaningful change often begins with deeper understanding—that when the "whys" become clearer, the "hows" naturally start to emerge. My hope is to walk alongside my clients through their struggles, helping them cultivate greater self-understanding, resilience, and a more authentic way of being in the world.

Award-winning burnout coach & trauma-informed hypnotherapist
Nat Van Zee
London, United KingdomNat van Zee is an award-winning burnout coach and trauma-informed hypnotherapist who works with high achievers and empaths who feel deeply. A certified coach through the ICF-accredited Institute of Coaching Mastery and a qualified IFS practitioner, she blends somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems, hypnosis, and nervous system regulation to help clients get to the root of burnout, anxiety, and self-sabotage, often when nothing else has worked. Based in London, her insights have been featured in Psychologies and The Telegraph. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHO I HELP You seem to have it all. Yet you still overthink, overwork, doubt yourself, struggle to switch off or feel haunted by the past. You've talked about it. You've read the books. You've tried therapy, coaching or medication. Yet the anxiety, burnout, relationship conflict or self-doubt keep returning. Because understanding the problem isn't always enough to change how your mind, body and nervous system respond. That's where I work. My work isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you remember who you really are. So you create a life where you no longer have to pretend to be someone else. You get to be yourself, unmasked. I help conscious, impact-driven women and sensitive men heal anxiety, burnout and trauma through a bespoke, trauma-informed approach that creates transformation on five levels: somatic, emotional, mental, behavioural and unconscious. Creating lasting change where talking, medication or self-help alone hasn't. My clients are often founders, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives and public figures. Outwardly successful. Inwardly exhausted from striving, overthinking, people-pleasing or feeling they are never quite enough. Together we help you: • heal past trauma and emotional wounds • overcome anxiety, burnout and self-doubt • stop repeating painful relationship patterns • speak your truth with authentic confidence • reconnect with your body, intuition and inner peace • create healthier, more fulfilling relationships • feel calm, empowered and trust yourself Alongside my therapeutic work, I provide private high-visibility coaching for speakers, leaders, performers and talent preparing for keynotes, interviews, launches, media appearances and other high-pressure moments. For 25 years, I worked behind the scenes with A-list talent across fashion, media and entertainment, including London, Paris and New York Fashion Week. That experience taught me something few people ever see: Confidence is an inside job. What matters isn't how you look when you step into the spotlight. It's how you feel, what your body is telling you and what you say to yourself before you step into it. Today, I combine that experience with deep therapeutic work to help people feel safe enough to be fully themselves and express who they really are—whether in a boardroom, on a stage, in front of a camera or in their closest relationships. If you're successful on the outside but tired, resentful or unfulfilled from meeting everyone else's expectations before your own, I'd love to hear from you.
Psychotherapist
Stephanie Tan
Singapore, SingaporeI'm Stephy — a Psychodynamic Art Psychotherapist registered with ANZACATA. As a therapist, I believe deeply that the creative process is one of the most honest and accessible pathways to healing — gentle enough to meet people where they are, and powerful enough to carry them somewhere new. My practice is built around safety — physical, psychological, and emotional — because I understand that real therapeutic work cannot begin without it. At its heart, I think of therapy as something we slowly co-create together (I like to call it a personal project): an evolving process that belongs to the client as much as it does to the work itself. My clinical experience spans trauma, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health presentations. An earlier placement working with individuals affected by non-accidental injuries brought me face to face with the quiet resilience of some of the most vulnerable people — and deepened my commitment to showing up, with care and consistency, for children and communities who need it most.

Gestalt therapist & coach - Personal transformation
Diana Ojeda
Toronto, CanadaI am a Colombian born living in Toronto for more than 20 years. My path into body-centered Gestalt therapy began long before I formally entered the field. In 1998, while building a successful career in computer science and corporate account management, I found myself increasingly disconnected—from my work, my joy, and ultimately my body. The physical pain I began to experience revealed what I already sensed internally: my life was out of alignment. This awakening set me on a decades-long journey of healing, presence, and embodied transformation. My first major turning point came through Biodanza, an integrative music-movement pedagogy she discovered in Colombia. The experience reawakened my vitality and clarified my desire to work directly with people through the wisdom of the body. After moving to Canada, I immersed myself in somatic disciplines, studying Zen Shiatsu at Kokoro Dojo, where I later became a supervisor, teaching assistant, and co-owner. Over the next several years I trained extensively in modalities such as medical qigong, craniosacral therapy, sotai, thai massage, and oriental breathing therapy. Through this deep engagement with embodied practice, I transformed own physical, emotional, and mental patterns—and opened my private practice in 2005. For nearly two decades, I have supported clients in relieving physical ailments, navigating emotional challenges, and making meaningful lifestyle shifts. My teaching experience expanded in 2012 when I joined the Acupuncture Program at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, guiding students in developing presence, sensitivity, and skill in the art of touch. I later returned to Biodanza as a facilitator, completing her 3-year training in 2016 and offering group processes that support emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Over time, I recognized that lasting healing emerges not only through conscious touch and movement but also through dialogue, relational presence, and the co-creation of awareness. This led me to train in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and later to specialize in Gestalt coaching through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, graduating in 2024. My body-centered approach to Gestalt therapy integrates somatic awareness, breath, movement, and strategic conversation, helping clients develop a felt sense of themselves and access their innate capacity for clarity, choice, and transformation. With a grounding in decades of embodied practice and a deep trust in the intelligence of the body-mind, I partner with clients to cultivate wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful change. I hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation, a GPCC credential with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and is a certified Biodanza facilitator with the International Biodanza Federation and long-standing member of the Shiatsu Therapy Society.

Hypnotherapist and Life Guide
Adam Stansbury
Newbuy, United KingdomI'm Adam, a Certified Hypnotherapist and founder of Inner Earth. I work with adults who are stuck in patterns they can no longer manage alone. Whether that's anxiety and panic that won't settle, a drinking, vaping, or eating habit that keeps pulling them back, or a constant inner pressure and overthinking that makes it hard to switch off and feel at ease. What most of my clients have in common is that they already understand the problem. They've tried to think their way out of it, or push through on willpower, and found that neither quite reaches the part that needs to change. That's where hypnotherapy comes in. It works at the level where the pattern actually lives, helping the mind and nervous system respond differently over time, rather than just managing symptoms on the surface. My work covers three areas: anxiety and panic relief, habits and emotional coping, and overthinking and emotional regulation, with a particular focus on men's emotional health. Sessions are online, one to one, and tailored to what you are actually dealing with. A free 30-minute consultation is the place to start.
